Students and staff arrived at school today in a range of numbered casual clothing. A number of classes used the opportunity to play a range of place value games that proved lots of fun. A special thanks to those who contributed a donation to UNICEF for the purchase of a School-In-A-Box. A total of $330.10 (plus an interesting Thai coin) was donated. These gifts have ensured that 80 disadvantaged students will receive a wide range of educational resources to support their learning. During the day students perched on the edge of their seats as their fingers tapped on the keyboard as they participated in World Maths Day. Students from Prep through to Year six competed against students from around the world improving their automatic recall of basic number facts.
