 It was very busy at school during the holidays. There were lots of workers around the place cleaning, fixing, digging, pruning and on the day when we took this photo, asphalting! You might remember that during the summer holidays half of the middle playground was dug up and the asphalt surface replaced. Well in the last holiday the workers came back and finished the job all the way down to the start of the oval. It looks fantastic now it is finished and is a much flatter and safer space to play and run on. What sorts of things did you get up to in your holidays?

Hi Paige - over Christmas half of the yard (around the ampitheatre) was dug up and a new asphalt surface put on top. They only did half though - they stopped just after the fire hydrant. This time they have kept going and dug up and resurfaced fro there all the way down to the start of the oval. 23/7/2020 01:12:24 pm

Hi Amelia - we did lots of walking and tidying in the garden. Douglas and Ellie watched a lot of TV i think!
