Time for cooking...

Ellie was baking yesterday! We have all had a bit of extra time this week to do some things that we normally don't get time to do. Ellie baked this triple decker lemon cake and today she is going to fill and decorate it. What other activities have you done this week that you usually don't have time for while we have all been at home?

Hi Bruno!
Yum! That looks delicious! We made lemon curd and we are thinking of making a lemon meringue tart with it! Last lock down we made home made bread and we also made toffee bites witch is a chunk o toffee with a raspberry and some mint leaves and a sprinkle of cookie crumbs!
