The latest Pender’s Grove newsletter includes key reminders as we approach the end of Term 2, with an early finish on Friday, July 4 at 2:30pm and Term 3 commencing on Monday, July 21. Families are invited to attend the upcoming NAIDOC Week celebrations on July 4, featuring a Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony, and dance performance supported by Darebin Council. The much-anticipated Winter Solstice event is on Thursday, June 26 from 5–7pm, with volunteer help still welcome. This Saturday marks the first Garden Club session, and the Breakfast Club continues next week on Tuesday and Friday mornings. School photos take place this Thursday, and student reports will be sent home July 3. Parent-teacher interviews are scheduled for July 31 via Webex.
