Some ideas from our teaching staff that you may choose to do with your child while they are at home:
Last week was Book Week and our students were busy all week reading and being creative with this year's theme "Curious Creatures - Wild Minds". We weren't able to have a dress up day for families to come and watch this year but it didn't stop 12C making their own costumes and having a parade! 4/5A: 4/5A visualised their ideal book week costume and drew the character that inspired the costume Specialist Art: 4/5s: Kindness keepers (keyrings) in response to Bat vs Poss. F/1s: Animal hats in response to 'When Billy was a Dog'. 12C: Book Week Costume Creation!
We hope everyone has had a restful holiday. A reminder that remote learning returns for next week (Oct 5-9) for all students from the first day of Term 4.
