There are two camps that students at Pender's Grove Primary have an opportunity to attend. Doxa Camp
24th August to 26th August Students in Year 2 to Year 4 are invited to be a part of this three day camp at Malmsbury, near Castlemaine. Students travel up by train will be spending their time walking through the bush exploring the environment, , laughing lots, participating in a range of craft activities, bending the brain in trivia competition, eating plenty of food, on the ropes course, visiting the Ballarat Wildlife Park and much, much, more! Wombat Corner
2nd September to 4th September Year 5/6 students will be counting down the days until we leave for Wombat Corner Camp. The camp provides a secure, fun-filled environment managed by friendly, professional staff. Wombat Corner is located in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. The camp has a low ropes course, kayaks, initiative course, archery, flying fox, basketball court, trampolines and an 18 hole mini golf course. Indoor activities include a table tennis table, soccer table, air hockey and a pool table. There is also a recreation hall with a stage where shrieks of laughter can be heard during energetic games of sock wrestling and plays performed by students dressed up in interesting costumes!
