P.E. or Physical Education includes a fitness and skills development program. Running concurrently with these sessions students engage in activities, which will raise their awareness of healthy nutrition and hygiene. Students may also be given the opportunity to participate in clinics with professional sports people.

Physical Education lessons for grades P-6 are usually taken by classroom teachers on a regular basis and incorporate aspects from the Fundamental Motor Skills Handbook and the VELS. The physical education sessions involve basic skill development sessions.

A PMP program for grade Prep/1 is conducted by a specialist teacher. Health education is closely linked to student welfare through understandings of physical, social and emotional development.

Interschool Sport for grades 5 and 6 are conducted throughout the year. Students from Grades 3 – 6 compete in the District Athletics Sports and some senior students compete in a round robin basketball competition in Term 3.
