Panda and Bruno love to share Douglas's Vegemite toast after they have all been for a walk in the morning. Panda is not fussy and will eat anything but Bruno will only eat it if it has exactly the right amount of butter and Vegemite! What sort of foods do you enjoy the most?
Ellie was baking yesterday! We have all had a bit of extra time this week to do some things that we normally don't get time to do. Ellie baked this triple decker lemon cake and today she is going to fill and decorate it. What other activities have you done this week that you usually don't have time for while we have all been at home?
Where is the best spot at your place for remote learning? We like to curl up in the basket where it's nice and cosy, (maybe we need a bigger basket though!) but where is that special spot you have at your place where you can work on your remote learning each day without being distracted too much? Maybe you have a space to yourself or maybe, like us, you have to share. Let us know in the comments!
Good morning everyone! We hope you have had a good start to the day and getting stuck into the tasks your teachers has planned for Tuesday.
Our guinea pigs sleep inside overnight when its cold but they enjoying getting outside in the fresh air during the day. What have you been doing this week to keep active and to get some fresh air and sunshine? Hi again everyone and welcome to the blog page! We hope everyone had a restful weekend and is ready to go for remote learning again this week! Don't forget to check your classroom page every day and also send a message to your teacher to let them know you are "present".
Panda and I will be here all week if you would like to send us a message or a question. Keep warm and have a great week! Bruno Hi everyone! We hope you all having a great day at home today! Tomorrow our teachers will turn on their classroom pages with some tasks for you to do on Tuesday and Wednesday if you have completed the paper pack. Until then though, here are some ideas that you may choose to do while you are learning at home:
We are so excited about all of our students being back on site from next Monday. Please have a look at the gallery below to re-familiarize yourself with our school buildings and grounds. We are very much looking forward to seeing all of these spaces with students in them next week!
The holidays are here again and we'll be spending the next few days thinking about what we might do over the next two weeks while there is no school. Catch up on some sleep is a big priority for a few in our household. We also plan on spending time walking for our exercise each day and catching up with some friends and relatives on zoom. Maybe we will also treat ourselves with some food deliveries as well! What sorts of things have you got planned for the holidays? What are you looking forward to?
Take care and have a restful break and we will see you all again from Monday October 5th! A reminder that remote learning continues for all students at school in the first week of next term and we are expecting to see our F-2 students back on site from Week 2 (October 12th). What beautiful spring weather we have had over the last week. Our guinea pigs are out in the sunshine most days and they are often visited by next door's cat! Hopefully this is what the weather will be like in the school holidays next week! What do you enjoy about the weather changing and getting warmer?
