The final week of remote learning, well done everyone.
It is also officially the first day of winter and the weather has certainly delivered.
Learning tasks are a little different this week, as you can see below. Myself, Alan and Tessa have planned the lessons together and they are heaps of fun. Please have a read of these before our morning roll call, where we will break it down a little further for you.

TASK 1 - Flag making (45min)
For task 1, you will be designing a class flag, taking into account a list of design elements and spacing guidelines.
For today's lesson, you will use your knowledge and understanding of unit fractions to plan and sketch a design for your class flag.

TASK 2 - Building a bridge (45min)
For task 2, you will be Working by yourself or with someone at home to design and build a bridge that spans a gap of 50 cm (between two tables) and supports the weight of a moving toy car.

TASK 3 - Choice learning (time will be different)
Task 3 involves you making some different choices each day. Each day you are to select one or more of the tasks and work on it for 45 minutes. You can work on one task over multiple days if you choose, or complete a different task each day. There will be choices that cover Reading, Writing, Maths and Inquiry.

Task 4 - PE (30min)
Please try and complete some physical activity during your day, it is really important that you continue to keep moving. This can be going for a walk with a family member, kicking the footy at the local park, jumping on your trampoline, riding your bike, going for a run, walking the dog, anything that is getting you up and getting your body moving.
